Dance for Life 2026 Finale Audition Notice

Chicago Dance Health Fund is excited to share that we are now accepting submissions for the 2026 Dance for Life Finale.

The performance date is Saturday, August 22, 7:30 p.m. at The Auditorium. Rehearsals will be July-August.

Submissions are due by Friday, June 5th, 2025 at 5 p.m.

Chicago Dance Health Fund invites professional dancers living in the Chicago area to audition for the 2026 Dance for Life Finale. The Finale will be choreographed by Randy Duncan.

This is a volunteer opportunity to support the Chicago Dance Health Fund, which provides financial relief for preventative healthcare and critical medical needs for Chicago dance industry professionals. There is no compensation for participation. Video footage of the performance can be made available upon request. To be considered, please use this link to apply and provide a link to a video, no more than two (2) minutes long, that demonstrates contemporary technique by Friday, June 5th at 5pm.

No late submissions will be considered. If selected, you will be invited to a live callback audition held on Sunday June 14, from 1:00pm - 3:00pm. If you are unable to use the application link provided, you can also email your materials to sburnham@cdhf.org.

Dancers must have a strong ballet foundation and contemporary movement background and be available for rehearsal(s) and performance(s) as follows:
